چکیده
Caffeine is an alkaloid present in a wide variety of plants. Currently the most consumed psychostimulant worldwide, its consumption associated with several health benefits, including modulation innate and adaptive immune response, reduction oxidative cellular stress, decreased incidence some cancers, breast cancer. Breast cancer common cause among women second leading death worldwide. The interaction between biomaterials drugs has enabled great advance science for developing controlled drug delivery systems been used to treat numerous pathologies. This work aimed evaluate immunomodulatory effects caffeine or not polyethylene glycol adsorbed microemulsion (MLP) on MCF-7 cells, phagocytic cells (MN), coculture. For biological assays, ATCC (American Type Culture Collection, USA) cell lines adenocarcinoma (MCF-7) phagocytes (MN) obtained from voluntary donors were used. (MN MCF-7) coculture treated MLP incubated rheological characterization analyses: flow curve viscosity, stress: superoxide anion assay (), activity enzyme dismutase (Cu-Zn-SOD). increased viscosity blood affected immunomodulation stress metabolism MN MLP. These data suggest that MLP-induced demonstrating antitumor via can be complementary alternative treating

The effect of ephedrine at 0 (E0C0, n = 10), 8 (E8C0, n = 10) and 10 (E10C0, n = 10) mg per kg metabolic body weight or mixture of ephedrine/caffeine, at doses of 8 mg ephedrine/80 mg caffeine (E8C80, n = 10), or 10 mg ephedrine/100 mg caffeine (E10C100, n = 7), per kg metabolic body weight on body composition of feedlot Mehraban ram lambs (8-month-old) was studied. The lambs were fed for 95 da...
متن کاملImmunomodulatory Effects of Mice Mesenchymal Stem Cells on Maturation and Activation of Dendritic Cells
Background: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) possess a wide range of immunomodulatory functions mostly in immune cells including dendritic cells (DCs). DCs are the key cells in the immune response and play an important role in initiating cell-mediated immunity. Objective: To evaluate the immunomodulatory effects of MSCs supernatant on maturation and function of DCs. Methods: Bone marrow derived m...
